*Halloween Collection*
3 quarts chilled apple juice
1 quart orange sherbet
Fill 16 8-ounce glasses 3/4 full with juice. Float a scoop of orange sherbert in each glass, top with a whole clove to simulate a pumpkin stem. YIELD: 16 servings.
