WINE STEAMED ARTICHOKES

*Matthew's Microwave Collection-2 lbs. baby artichokes 1 cup white wine 1/4 cup olive oli 1/4 cup diced onions 3 TB chopped garlic 1/2 fresh lemon. DIRECTIONS:  Cut stems off artichokes. Snap off outer petals. Cut off top third of each artichoke. Place artichokes in a steamer and pour wine over them. Mix oil, onions, and garlic together and pour over artichokes. Squeeze juice of a lemon over artichokes. Place lid on steamer and microwave on HIGH for 10 min. Remove artichokes to a bowl and pour wine sauce from bottom of steamer over them. Serve immediately.
