The Holiday Collection- Start with Bisquick pancakes- 2 cups original Bisquick 1 cup milk 2 eggs Aprox. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. Stir in all ingredients until blended. Batter will be lumpy. Scoop batter by little less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown.
