Here's another family recipe :) 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup soft shortening 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 cup sifted flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup quick oats 1 cup wheaties 1/2 cup shredded coconut Mix and Bake :) Mix together shortening, sugar, egg and vanilla. Sift together and stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into flour mixture, rolled oats, wheaties and coconut. Drop by teaspoons on greased baking sheet. Bake 12-15 mins.
