Serves: 7-8 cups

Ingredients

• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter at room temperature
• 1 cup Creamy Cookie Butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 3-4 cups confectioners' sugar
• 4-5 tbsp heavy cream
  

Instructions

1. Cream Butter using a paddle attachment.
2. Add vanilla and cookie butter and beat until well mixed.
3. Add confectioners' sugar a cup at a time, alternating with heavy cream.
4. Whip on medium high speed for 2-3 minutes until frosting is light and fluffy.
