My mom was born in Kettle Falls-Here is a collection of recipes from there. 1 pt heavy whipping cream 2 Tbsp cream cheese 1/2 to 3/4 cup parmesean cheese 1 stick butter 1 tsp garlic powder In a saucepan, melt butter. When butter is melted, add cream cheese. When cream cheese is softened, add heavy cream and parmesean. Simmer for 15-20 min on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
