••••K & C'S THREE CHEESE MAC N CHEESE!!
••••TRY THIS AMAZING MAC N CHEESE••SO
••••CREAMY AND DELICIOUS!! A COMBINED
••••EFFORT❤️
••••1 can cheddar cheese soup
••••3 oz shredded goat cheese
••••1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
••••10 slices fontina cheese, chopped or shredded 
••••1 cup cold whole milk
••••Dallop of butter
••••2 cups cooked elbow macaroni 
••1. In a medium saucepan, add whole milk and 
••cheddar cheese soup, mix well.  Add cheddar
••cheese, goat cheese and fontina cheese. Stir often.
••Add more milk if sauce becomes too thick.
••2.  Continue stirring on medium high heat for 
••approximately 10-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
••3.  Remove sauce from heat.  Cook elbow 
••macaroni according to package directions. 
••4.  Drain pasta, add the dollap of butter or 
••margarine to the cooked pasta.
••5.  Add cheese sauce to cooked pasta. Mix well.
••ENJOY!!!

••••ENJOY THE VIDEO!!

Wrap each ear in two to three strips, then grill until charred. (If you're worried about a grease fire from the fatty bacon, you can wrap in foil first.)

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ears corn, husks removed
  • 1/4 c. ranch dressing
  • 16 strips bacon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat grill to medium. Brush corn with Ranch dressing. Wrap each ear of corn in four slices of bacon.
  2. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packages/logs refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 half-gallon good quality ice cream (no slow-churned)
  • 3 c. mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two 9-inch cake pans with parchment paper. Press each package of cookie dough into the bottom of each pan. Bake both until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool, then freeze 30 minutes.
  2. Remove cookies from freezer. Cover one cookie with vanilla ice cream, spreading top to create an even layer. Place other frozen cookie on top and press to push ice cream out to the sides. Smooth the ice cream along the sides, then put back in the freezer for another 2 hours.
  3. Press chocolate chips around the ice cream until completely covered. Then place back in freezer for another hour, or until ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 750-ml. bottle white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
  • 4 c. sweet tea
  • 1/4 c. triple sec
  • 2 c. sliced frozen peaches
  • 2 c. raspberries
  • Fresh mint, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pitcher, combine wine, sweet tea, triple sec, frozen peaches and raspberries and stir until combined. Refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Serve garnished with mint.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 c. blackberries
  • handful fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. light rum
  • Crushed ice
  • club soda

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, muddle blackberries. Set aside.
  2. Place mint leaves in bottom of glasses. Divide and spoon blackberry mixture on top.
  3. Add rum, sugar, and lime juice and stir to combine. Top with crushed ice.
  4. Add club soda and garnish with mint leaves and more blackberries.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. chopped dill
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 6 long potato rolls, split open
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and boil until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Drain immediately and rinse with cold water to cool the shrimp. Chop into bite-size pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with mayonnaise, celery, scallions, lemon juice and dill. Mix until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush inside of potato rolls with melted butter. Distribute shrimp mixture evenly between rolls. Sprinkle rolls with Old Bay seasoning and top with crushed potato chips.
