••••SWEET LEMONADE FRENCH TOAST••••

••••SWEET LEMONADE••••

•You will need: 2 TB fresh lemon juice; 2 tsp sugar; 2 tsp fresh lemon zest; store-bought lemon curd.

•To make: Drizzle 2 slices French Toast with the lemon juice; dust with the sugar and zest. Serve drizzled with the lemon curd.

••••QUICK FRENCH TOAST••••

••••BASIC FRENCH TOAST••••

•You'll need: 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup half-and-half; 2 tsp sugar; 1 tsp vanilla extract; a pinch of ground cinnamon; a pinch of salt; 2 slices thick-cut bread; 1 TB vegetable oil.

•To make: In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs, half-and-half, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Dip both sides of the bread into the custard mixture. Heat the oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Remove the bread from the custard and add to the pan. Cook until golden, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

••••BEST BURGER EVER••••

••••INGREDIENTS••••

•1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
•1/2 cup shredded Colby or Monterey Jack Cheese
•1 tsp soy sauce
•1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
•1 egg
•1 envelope Onion Soup Mix

•2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
•1 tsp dried parsley
•1 tsp dried basil
•1 tsp dried oregano
•1/2 tsp dried rosemary
•+Salt and Pepper to taste

••••INSTRUCTIONS••••

•Preheat grill to high heat.
•In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients and form into 4 large patties or 6 smaller patties.
•Grill patties 3 to 5 minutes per side until preferred 'doneness'••••

••••ADD PREFERRED TOPPINGS-such as: bacon, onion rings, lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc.
