1. Toss 1 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped; 3 green onions, sliced, 1 AVACADO, cubed; 1 jalapeรฑo, minced; 1/4 cup lime juice; and 1 TB chopped cilantro. Cover; chill 1 hour. Serves 6
