Ingredients2 sh Puff Pastry Dough
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 cup Farmer Cheese
US Units - Metric
Prepare all ingredients for the recipe.
Combine farmer cheese with sugar and 2 eggs.
Divide the dough into equal size pieces, I divided mine into 9.
Fill each half of the piece with farmer cheese and turn over to the other side.
Whisk the last egg and use it to brush the tops.
Sprinkle it with some sugar.
Bake them at 350F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
