(Source: The Atlanta Journal-Dec. 27, 1972 & google+ photo & bite.co.nz & eatingwell.com)
••••BANANA SALAD DRESSING••••
•1 cup thick cream or condensed milk
•1 TB flour
•1 TB sugar
•1 teaspoon prepared mustard
•1 teaspoon lemon juice
1. Heat cream in top of double boiler. Combine remaining ingredients and add enough water to make a paste. Pour into hot cream and cook to desired thickness. Increase or decrease flour and sugar according to taste and use to make dressing -- it may be used for any fruit salad. Cut each banana into three or four pieces; coat with dressing and roll in chopped peanuts.
NOTE: Can use other ingredients like oats or chocolate chips or candies.
