•1 egg lightly beaten
•2 TB dill pickle relish
•2 TB ketchup
•2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
•2 tsps prepared mustard
•1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
•1/4 tsp pepper
•1/8 tsp garlic powder
•1 pound ground beef
•3-4 slices process American cheese
•10 dinner rolls, split
1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 10 patties. Broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees and juices run clear.
2. Meanwhile, cut the cheese slices into thirds. Immediately place cheese on burgers; serve on rolls. Add desired toppings for your burger.
