2 Ingredient Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Recipe type: Crockpot

Prep time:  5 mins

Cook time:  9 hours

Total time:  9 hours 5 mins

Serves: 4

 

Ingredients

 

• 1 turkey breast, thawed or fresh (5-7 lb)
• 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
• salt and pepper to taste, optional

Instructions

1. Wash turkey breast and pat dry; place in crockpot.
2. Cut butter into slices and place on top of turkey breast.
3. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
4. Put lid on and cook on low 9-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
5. Carefully remove turkey to a platter and let rest 10 minutes before carving.
6. Serve and enjoy!
