Make your own Coor's Field Taco Dog at home.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 links chorizo Mexican sausage
• ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
• ½ cup pico de gallo
• 1 cup lettuce, shredded
• 2 hot dog buns
  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat grill. Grill chorizo links until done. About 5 minutes per side. Place links in bun and sprinkle with cheese. Place links on the top warming rack of grill and close lid so cheese will melt. Remove and sprinkle with pico de gallo, and lettuce.
