••••GREEN GODDESS DRESSING••••

*AVACADO COLLECTION*

1. Purée 1/2 AVACADO, 1/2 cup each parsley and mayonnaise. 2 TB each water and white wine vinegar. 1 TB tarragon, 1 anchovy and 1/4 tsp salt in processor. Chill (up to 3 days). Makes 1 cup.
