*Spring Collection- 1 pkg white cake mix 1 cup cola 2 eggs 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup butter or margarine(melted) 1/4 cup baking cocoa 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cup minature marshmallows. Frosting: 1/4 cup cocoa 1/3 cup cola 1/2 cup butter 4 cups powdered sugar In a large mixing bowl,combine all ingredients, except marshmallows. Beat on medium speed for 2 min. Fold in marshmallows. Pour into greased 9 by 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 15 min. Frosting: Combine cocoa and butter in saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted, stirring until well blended. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Spread over cake.
